Livia Glasgow has spent 15 years studying various modalities of health, healing and personal improvement and has worked with people whose concerns range from relationships, life barriers, ill health and personal limitations. She has followed extensive training in Yoga Instruction, Massage Therapy, Essential Oil Reading, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Heart-Centered Therapy over this time to bring a unique approach to working with her clients. Livia holds the space of safe and open possibilities for her clients and their objectives. She helps people to experience themselves deeply, thus enabling profound understanding and acceptance that is one of the deepest forms of healing. Livia is an immigrant, a woman, a wife, a mother and a healing practitioner. An innately intuitive healer, she brings her life experience, unique perspective, methods of self-healing and acceptance to deliver great results to those whom she works with.
Through the years, I have come to realize that great healing happens when a person feels completely safe and heard. I think that’s why people say you have to believe in the modality for healing to work. There are many layers to feeling safe. In my practice, a space is created where my client is physically, emotionally and spiritually safe. I treat each session as a sacred journey that is witnessed and acknowledged without judgment.
I empower my clients by following their process. Empowerment is not giving someone power, It is for someone to realize his/her own power. This comes from self-discovery, self-acknowledgment and seeing the love and support that is all around us. In HCT and EOR, the healing easily crosses the barrier of space and time, in the broadest sense of these words. The process begins from the time you set up the appointment to long beyond the session.
Heart-Centered Therapy and Essential Oil Reading are both beautiful and amazing methods toward personal insights. I am humbled by the transformations I’ve had the honor to witness over the years. My wish is for my clients to learn how to communicate with themselves and people around them, thus bringing them toward wholeness and joy wherever they are and in whatever they do.
With Joy,
Livia Glasgow
